The name Srijan means “creation” or “to create” in Nepali, which felt like the perfect fit for this project. It reflects the process of bringing something new to life—from the first sketches to the finished typeface. This project was an opportunity to bring the personality of handwritten letters into a digital format. I aimed to keep the natural flow and charm of the original sketches while making sure the typeface works well for different uses. The process involved paying close attention to details like spacing and shapes to make the letters feel connected but still fresh and dynamic.
