I wanted this rebrand to bring out everything we love about Mexican culture — the bold colors, the lively spirit, the little details that make you feel like you’re part of something special. Every piece, from the color palette to the hand-drawn typography, was created to capture that feeling. Rancho Alegre isn’t just about food — it’s about slowing down, sharing a table, and celebrating life, the way it’s meant to be.

Rancho Alegre's branding was not set in stone, making it difficult to come up with what it's identity would be. Being a Latina, I found it a bit easier to create a brand that not only fits what type of restaurant this is, but also how to reach a bigger audience. Rancho Alegre needed a bold design to be able to reach many people of different races, ages, and background.

Solution
I designed a visually energetic logo for Rancho Alegre with high-quality illustrations, fun typography, and a dynamic color palette to showcase the flavors and culture. In order to make this brand more visually appealing to people of all different backgrounds, I challenged myself to create a social media campaign that fit the brand and restaurant feel.

Results
The new branding for Rancho Alegre turned out just as I had hoped. After a thoughtful process of creating the logo typography, I pushed myself to explore different design styles, resulting in a dynamic, authentic identity that I believe truly captures the spirit of the Rancho Alegre brand.
