Insurance Proposal Booklet
2025
objective
Our marketing team was tasked with refreshing and modernizing an insurance proposal booklet that had originally been created in Word. This project gave us the opportunity to move beyond the limitations of that format and reimagine the piece using Adobe Creative Suite. With creative freedom to rethink the design, I focused on transforming a text-heavy document into a visually engaging experience that told a story rather than simply presenting information page after page.
challenges
One of the biggest challenges was developing and maintaining a consistent visual style throughout the booklet. The goal wasn't just to make each page look better individually, but to create a cohesive design system that connected the entire publication. This project taught me the importance of building upon established design elements and making sure every page felt like part of the same story, rather than introducing new styles simply because they looked appealing.
outcome
In the end, I designed a custom insurance proposal booklet from the ground up, transforming content from a Word document into a polished, easy-to-navigate publication. Through thoughtful layout decisions, clear typographic hierarchy, and intentional visual storytelling, I converted dense, bullet-heavy content into a more engaging and professional experience. The final piece was professionally printed as a perfect-bound booklet on premium gloss stock and distributed to both the client and internal teams, where it continues to serve as a valuable resource.
